When can I obtain the admission form?

I am bit confused about your question.
If you are asking about last date for applications from then it is 24 December for hard copies and 31st December for online applications.
Based on your CAT/XAT result you will get GD-PI call in January/February month.
GD-PI process will be conducted in March,april. By the end of April or in early May you will get confirmation about your admission.
