what is the venue for the seminar??? and i'm pursuing my b.com(h),1st yr, from delhi university from when i can start my prepration for upsc exams?

Preparation for UPSC is a continuous process. It should go parallel to general courses. It should be taken as early as possible but not at the cost of imediate general education you are in. How you study is more important than what you study. You must first know what subjects you can do better in U
