The Students who are eligible for PwD Quota Seats, they need to produce PwD Certificate from concerned Authority to Claim there PwD Quota in NEET-UG Counselling. To get your PwD Certificate, You Need to Download the Pro Forma (Form) of PwD Certificate from the NTA NEET-UG Prospectus .
