The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) announced the NEET MDS 2025 counselling dates on June 20, 2025. There were four rounds of NEET MDS counselling 2025, which were conducted from June 24, 2025, to September 8, 2025. No additional round was conducted.

MCC announced the dates for the Special Stray Vacancy round on November 17. The registration process was conducted from November 17 to November 22 and the choice filling and locking rounds were scheduled from November 18 to November 22.
