Hi Samith,
The February MAT is going to happen on 6th February 2011. However, the applications will be out only in the month of January a month before the Examination and it would be published in all national dallies as well as on the site of AIMA. For your convenience I am placing the AIMA link be

There will be notifications, in all the national dailies, giving details, about the MAT exam.
