When do college applications open this year for undergrad courses in Canada and when should I apply?

the intake is August and February. At least one month advance you have to apply for visa -
Dear Daksh, the applications would start after Sep for Canadian Universities till December. You may apply at the earliest through OUAC or direct application as the case may be with a particular university with IELTS/TOEFL scores in hand which would make your application complete & get you the offers too.
