Hi,
The admission process till year 2014 was a CAP round conducted by D.T.E., Maharashtra based on scores of CET for Maharashtra students and CAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT/CET/MAT for All India Seats.
A candidate had to fill a form for these CAP rounds only, no separate form for JBIMS.
