Hi Nicky, the courses in Nz at all institutions start in the month of July and Feb/March every year.
Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, degree certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose,
