For kind your information, you may visit official site of ISM for the same.
As per my awareness ISM mostly start classes from 15th July every year.
Also you may see notification at site of ISM as Academic Calendar 2016.

You can get into the BTech courses offered by IIT (ISM) Dhanbad through JEE Mains. However, JEE Mains isn't enough. One must clear JEE Advanced to get into any of the IITs. The same applies to the IIT Dhanbad admissions as well. To summarise:
IIT Dhanbad BTech Admission = Clearing JEE Mains + JEE Advanced + Participating in JoSAA counselling for seat allotment.
