when entrance exam are going to held for Kurukshetra uni.(HAryana) OR Punjab university?? how to know about them / admission form...etc..

i want to know when entrance exam will held for M.ed (Haryana/Himachal/punjab uni..)?? how will we can come to know about them?? Whom to contact for admission ?? (IS Management quota is possible in any college)????
