when forms for neet-2012 will be available for common medical entrance test?

Hi, As per the information available on the website, the last date of application for the exam is 15th January 2012 and applying to it can be done through both modes i.e. Offline and Online,and the exam is slated on the last sunday of May 2012. All the best!
