You have to qualify first one of the top hotel management entrance examination in india after 12th ( with English compulsory) :-
• Chandigarh Institute of Hotel Management Admission Test
• FHRAI - Federations of Hotels and Restaurants Association of India.
• HIHT - Heritage Institute of Hotel
