when i was studied in BSc(computers) i choose MBA in future i am faced any problems

yes you can do M.B.A.But MBA specialization is not related to any B.Sc (cs)..so try to judge for specialization

no problem will come to u, it will helps u during ur mba if u go for mba IT. Helps as u have IT graduation background.
