Karnataka PGCET counselling is conducted every year for admission to MBA, MCA, M.Tech and MArch courses. Candidates who pass the Karnataka PGCET exam are eligible to participate in the documenty verification process. Those who get their documents verified are eligible for the centralised counselling for admissions based on Karnataka PGCET ranks.

KEA typically conducts the Karnataka PGCET counselling in the month of January. The official website of KEA hosts the Karnataka PGCET counselling schedule soon after the exam results are declared.
