When is Sikkim Manipal University DE getting approved by the DEC?

I have been waiting since August 2012 for getting registered but the last date for registration was rolled back to a few weeks earlier due to some political reasons. I want to know when the registrations will begin. I am from Nepal and i don't have any other choices left. Please help!
