after 12th, Infact u can do both CA & B-com together. That way you will have a grad degree and a professional degree. Allmost all the topics in B-com are covered in CA. You just have to study for CA and you can write teh B-com xam as well.

after 12th. Infact after giving 12th exams, take the CPT of CA to save time.
