when is the best time to give gre?should i give it in 3rd year

i m a 2rd year b.tech extc student. i want to do pg in maths.when is the right time to give gre.i am planning to give in 3rd year.what do you suggest?also guide me which coaching institute i should join in andheri west to get best gre result

it depends on the amount of preparation and practice.you make a comparative analysis also by inter-acting with others.come to a rational conclusion and appear for the test.you must get the best score so as to pave your future.
