When is the counselling for B.Sc geology (Hons) for Presidency University, Kolkata? My rank is 138.

Counselling would take place in the middle of July. To be very honest, your rank is much higher than to get into Geology department. It shall not be a wise decision to wait for Presidency University counselling. You might not be even called for counselling.
