There's no entrance examination. It's through the cutoff system. Check the news and be updated if they're changing this year to entrance basis.

Yes, it depends on your class 12th marks. Marks of best four subjects (BFS) are considered. If your BFS meets a cut off, you are eligible to apply for the same.
