There's no entrance examination. It's through the cutoff system. Check the news and be updated if they're changing this year to entrance basis. -

Since you are talking about SRCC, DU there is no entrance test for B.Com(Hons.) This course is merit-based.
However, recently there has been a proposal to introduce an entrance test for all courses in DU. This news has been rounds but nothing has been officially declared yet. Wait for the news to come. Till then, There is NO entrance test for B.Com honors.
Talking about other colleges, dates vary from college to college. Check your desired college's official website for details. I told you about SRCC since you tagged it.
