When is the last date to fill the form for PGDM? What is the cutoff through XAT? My chances with 10th-70.43%, 12th 72.8%, and UG-77.42%.

For PGDM, last date to apply is February 25. There is no official cut off, as there is a profile based shortlisting. You have decent academics, do apply.

The last date to fill the form is February 25 2018. There is no formal cutoff for any exam. Overall profile is being evaluated. You have decent percentages in 10th,12th and UG, but without your entrance exam score I can't say anything.
