Am I eligible to give CS exam?

of course student of any stream can go for CS, Last date for registration to be eligible for december 2013 is today (01-04-2013) itself .for further cut off dates follow the link http://www.icsi.edu/WebModules/Student/ScheduleCutofdates2013.pdf

It is 30-09-2013 in normal course and with late payment of fees, you can get registered upto 10-10-2013
