when is the next D.Ed maharshtra CET?

is it true that there are low vacancies for teaching primary kids in mumbai currently? is it true that in which year next MHCET for D.Ed will be held is not confirmed ?i am also willing to go to USA for the same if required or alternately do ECE in india.i am a graduate.
