When is the opening and closing rank for IIT and NIT declared officially by JoSSA?

Hi Shubrah,
From 15th June the registration of JOSAA will start and thereafter the counselling session would take place.
Around end of June you will be able to get the opening and closing ranks of IITs and NITs.

This means I have to choose my options from previous years opening and closing rank.
