When is the pre-entrance counseling in Delhi university for M.Com?

I had applied for du M.Com entrance and I belong from ews category. So today I checked that there is an official notifictaion been posted about the pre counseling session for the ews and other minorities which will be held between 28 july to 1 july 2019. should I visit this session. Help me out.

After registration, candidates must fill in the application form and pay the registration fee. The application fee given here is according to CUET-PG 2023. The exam fee for exam will be provided once the application is declared.
