When is the result of ICAR coming out? It isn't out yet and the counselling is starting tomorrow, how is it possible?

The result announcement and counselling sessions both will be held in July itself. There must be some mistake, counselling can not start before the result announcement. Check again on the ICAR website. -
The result will be out in the 1st week of July.
