When should a F.Y.B.A. student start preparing for the UPSC exam

i am erung right now i am pursuing my 1st ba polsc from du and iam thinking of start doing prepratiopn for U.P.S.C and i am totally confused how should i start preparing

Hi Erung, The eligibility for UPSC exams is graduation from a recognized university and the candidates age should lie between 21-30yrs.
