When should I appear for GRE and IELTS exam?
I want to pursue MS in the USA. I am planning to take admission for the same in spring intake 2017.

This is an ideal time to prepare, but you must be proactive as this is the application processing period already. You must also check if deadlines are available as for international students forms must have been submitted by now. It is better you target fall 2017 intake.
