When should I appear in CAT if I want to get admission in a B-school next year? I will complete my bachelor's degree in June 2019.

CAT is held at the end of the year and as you are going to pass out in 2019, go for CAT which will be held this year I.e. 2018 and on that basis of the percentile scored by you in CAT, you will get admission in a good college in 2019.

You have to appear this year in November 2018 for examination to get admission in B-Schools next year after your graduation.
