When should I go for my SSB?

When should I go for SSB? I have been given an option for 01/08/2024 or 06/08/2024 or 22/08/2024, but I am also thinking not to miss my JOSA counselling for Mains and advanced. I don't know much about the dates and process of seat allotment. Experts please help, what would you choose?
