When should I prepare for CLAT after 12th grade or before 12th grade? Also, I'm currently studying maths + Science.

Preparing for CLAT with Class 12th is the perfect choice. Surely, it is a bit of a hassle, but if you can do both, then your preparations would be great, because you would get ample amount of time. You should focus on your 12th studies as you are a science student and prepare for CLAT after 12th.

It can be done both before and after but I will suggest you to prepare after class 12th as if you are preparing from CBSE or Madhya Pradesh state board scoring above 85% will give you a classic advantage of government paying your tuition fee for whichever college you get into. Focus on your 12th first because you are pursuing Maths and Science which by itself is quite tough to study. If you have some spare time still left then I would suggest starting basic preparations for CLAT. That is start reading Newspaper for GS. You can also attempt some Old Papers and Sample Paper
