When should i prepare for IAS because i have completed 12th now and thinking for preparing now itself?
What should i do because i want preparation for 3 years?

At a particular stage,IAS need not be thought of.As you are in the beginning stage, think of an excellent academic performance which automatically helps you in IAS.At this stage, you mind your spoken and written skills.
