    The SET exam authority recommends candidates reach the SLAT exam centre at least one hour before the commencement of the exam. Thus, SLAT exam starts at 9 AM. Thus, candidates need to reach the exam centre by 8 AM on the day of the examination. Keeping a gap of one hour between the time of reporting to the exam centre and the start of the exam will allow candidates to comply with the exam day formalities. These formalities include a security check, receiving the seat number, and occupying the right seat on exam day.
