When should I start preparations for UPSC and how?

I am in first year B.Tech- Computer Science engineering.

Hi, UPSC examination is conducted every year and on the basis of this examination a number of IAS, IPS, IFS officers are recruited. 1. To be eligible: I. You need to pass graduation in any field from any recognized university. II. You are eligible if you are in the final year of graduation. III. Yo
