Hi,
To apply for bank exams like IBPS PO, IBPS clerk, IBPS RRB you need to have a graduation degree.
But, you can start preparation at any time for these exams.
For complete preparation of IBPS PO, you need 6 months' time to cover all the topics and Sections.
If you want to start preparation from now, then focus on general awareness and current affairs.
For mathematics and reasoning you should make your basics stronger.
Learn short tricks to solve questions easily and quickly because the most important thing in bank exams is to manage time with accuracy of your answer. -

Verbal Ability:
Start reading newspaper daily to increase your reading speed and grasping power. It will also help you to get in touch with basic vocab. Don't miss out the editorial page. Do a proper analysis of articles on the editorial page. Try to make a summary of articles that you read para by para. You can switch to the book called WORD POWER MADE EASY by NORMAN LEWIS.
