I suggest you write a mock CAT to figure out your strengths and weak areas. Depending on your score you can figure out when to start preparing. Its possible to score well in CAT by preparing rigorously for 4-5 months if your basics are good.

It is always advisable to focus on what you are doing presently. Once you have scored good in your graduation, you can start preparation of your MBA with full momentum. This is because your excellent track record of graduation will induce new energy for your PG. Wish you luck in your studies.
