Last year, it was 1st July, 2015. This year also you can expect it to start around the same time. Although the the date is not yet confirmed. You'll be notified about the exact starting date about 1.5 - 2 months prior.

The start date is 1st July. Which kicks start with Foundation Fortnight for 15 days.
