When to apply for admission in LPU? If I apply in May will I get a scholarship if I score good percentile in JEE?

Well, if you haven't yet applied for the admission than apply soon to avail the scholarship benefits and to grab a seat. LPU believes in the fact that money should not be a constraint for a student to pursue his choice of studies. Scholarship can be availed in the various courses offered by LPU. LPU offers scholarship on the various categories :- The first and foremost category is that a student can avail the scholarship on the basis of his/her previous qualification or previous to previous qualification which should be minimum of 70 percentage. For instance if a student is applying for a Bachelors degree, LPU will be considering the 12th marks or 10th marks whichever will be higher. LPU conducts Lovely professional university national entrance and scholarship test LPU NEST on the basis of which student can enhance their scholarship. Some national level tests like JEE Mains, NATA NEET UCEED CAT XAT MAT CMAT NMAT GPAT GATE etc. Performance on the basis of sports, cultural or co-curricular activities. Board Toppers For Orphan students or person with certain disabilities Defence personnel and central armed police forces (CAPF) dependents From all the above mentioned whichever is higher that will be applicable that will be reduced from the fee of every semester.

Hello! I am happy to SEE your interest at LPU for admission. Whereas I would like to tell you that if a student have qualified JEE exam with good percentiles can get admission at LPU. Here is the eligibility criteria for B.Tech Aerospace at Lovely Professional University- LPU Passed with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST or Joint Entrance Examination Main can apply for the admission. If a student has 80 percentile in the JEE Main exam can directly apply for the admission at university. Well, its all about the percentile of a student if he/she got 80 percentile in JEE Main exam can directly get admission in the university. Moreover student need not to appear for the LPU NEST exam which for eligibility purpose. That student would get exemption on the LPU NEST exam for fulfilling the eligibility criteria. But he/she can go for LPU NEST exam if that student wants to get more scholarship on the fee. So, No you can not take admission on the basis of your JEE Main Scores. But LPU gives you another way out to take the admission, I. e. by qualifying their own entrance exam I. e. LPU NEST. You need to apply for LPU NEST. Through this test you can even avail scholarship. Yes, you will get scholarships based on JEE Mains too. Just for an example in mechanical engineering: JEE (Main) percentile equal to more than 90 = 40% of the fee. JEE Main percentile equal to or more than 85 but less than 90 = 30% of fee. JEE Main percentile equal to more than 80 but less than 85 = 20% of fee. There are similar scholarships in all the branches, however, in some the slabs may be lower. The right time to apply is now! Before Aug 31st. Hope this helps DVD.

Well, if you haven't yet applied for the admission then you can apply now also as Lovely Professional University (LPU) is conducting phase 5 LPU admissions 2020 till further notice. You have the chance to avail the scholarship benefits and to grab a seat. LPU believes in the fact that money should not be a constraint for a student to pursue his choice of studies. Scholarship can be availed in the various courses offered by LPU. You can avail scholarship on basis of JEE percentile. Note-Scholarship also depends on date of your admission as per the running phase and conditions. Admissions in LPU is done in different Phases, which are bifurcations of the Admission time period. Phase 1 starts as early as January and continues till the end of July. The subsequent phases (Phase 2, 3, 4. ). Are conducted only if the seats in the concerned Programme remain vacant.
