Hi,
You need to start by end of grade 10 or early 11th by taking up SAT/ACT and TOEFL/IELTS as if you don't score well, you have the chance of improving it. You will also need to shortlist 5 to 10 universities which offer the course of ur choice and manageable finances. LORs and transcript can be p
