The sooner, the better. Most people are often confused regarding the time they should prefer writing IELTS before the intake of courses. There are three intakes in Canada for international students that are fall, winter, and summer intake. Fall intake in Canada starts in September. Although many suggest that June and July are the appropriate time to write IELTS we would like to suggest you write your ACADEMIC IELTS test in the month of November or December. As you will get enough time to prepare for the test and you can prepare your visa file in the meantime without any pressure.
