When to submit TC in TIMSR for MS programme?

I have taken admission in TIMSR for MS and now the college is asking for TC from Mumbai University as I have appeared for M.Com part 2 exam but University is not giving me TC as the part 2 exams results aren't out yet. So what to do?

    Hi,
    You will probably have to give in writing to the college that as soon as the part 2 results are out university will provide the TC or ask the college for help.
