National Institute of Technology Goa (Goa NIT) is an autonomous college and is functioning under the aegis of the Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India. National Institute of Technology Goa was established by an act of parliament (NIT Act 2007) in 2010 and is known as an Institute of National Importance.
