Hi Arivan,
If you are inquiring about the UPSC exams, you need to be quick to apply for the same as the last date for the submission of application is 21st march 2011 and the exam is slated for the 12th June 2011.
The notification for the exam was out in mid Feb in all the leading newspapers along

I think you are talking about UPSC exam. If that is true then Arivan you may apply soon as the applications for UPSC exam (Prelims) need to be submitted by 20th March or so. The UPSC Preliminay exam would be held on 12th June 2011. You need to be a graduate at the time of submitting your application
