You can apply online through http://www.online.mitsuniversity.ac.in/phpinfo/ or down load the application form from the link http://www.mitsuniversity.ac.in/admissionform/FET Application Form 2013-14.pdf and send filled application form along with Rs 600 DD payable at Laxmangarh or Sikar in favour
