It may start from 28 MARCH for foreign student & 1 JULY for Indian student. It is better to check website & newspaper. Fees for range are 40,000 - 4,00,000 per year, Depending upon type of course and duration. for details visit - http://bivha.in or, http://bivhacollege.in
