When will be the merit list of unqualified candidates of ECET-2011 will be place in website www.apecet.nic.in.

Notification given in DECCAN CHRONICLE newspaper "The counselling will be conducted for the unqualified candidates of ECET-2011".I have applied for it. But as mentioned the merit list will be placed at the website apecet.nic.in.on 12-07-2011.But still it is not placed. when will be the list placed
