The BITSAT 2026 exam dates are not out yet. However, it is tentalively scheduled to be held in May and June 2026 for session 1 and 2. Candidates can attempt one or both of the sessions of the exam. The test is MCQ-based with questions on Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English Proficiency and Logical Reasoning.

BITSAT is expected to be conducted in two sessions in 2025. Given below are the estimated dates;
- Session 1: 4th week of May 2025
- Session 2: 4th week of June 2025

BITSAT 2025 tentative exam dates for session-1 are 20-24 May, 2025 and session-2 are 24-28 June, 2025.According to the BITSAT exam pattern, the candidates will have to attempt 130 objective multiple-choice questions from Physics, Chemistry, English Proficiency, Logical Reasoning, and Mathematics or Biology. The total duration of BITSAT 2025 is 3 hours.BITSAT will be conducted in two sessions, the prescribed fee for BITSAT-2024 for a candidate who chooses to appear twice will have to pay a sum of Rs. 5400 (for a male candidate) and Rs. 4400 (for a female candidate).

The official date for the BITSAT direct admission registration will be announced soon. Board toppers who meet the basic eligibility criteria can register for the direct admissions. No BITSAT score will be needed by the board toppers to secure a seat in the BITS campuses.
