I predicted 3 months ago that CGL18 preliminary exam can't be conducted before October. Yes, you heard it right friends, its October or probably November. Reasons: SSC decides the vendor (assuming 15 days from today) SSC sets the paper for CPO and labs are booked (1 month) CPO admit cards are out CP

Vendor finalization will be done by November. So expect tier 1 to be not before January.
