When will entrance exams be conducted for admission to various colleges in Tamil Nadu?

<p>Hello Kanishkka, aah, entrance exam for admissions in colleges in Tamilnadu. This actually can be called as oxymoron!! This is one state that is fighting tooth and nail with central govt to abolish entrance exams and give admissions based only marks of 12th standard only!!&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;As you would have guessed , there are no entrance exams for admissions to colleges in tamilnadu.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Of course the exception is for medical colleges, wherein students are admitted based only and only on performance in a national exam called NEET. In addition to this IIT and NIT located in tamilnadu admit students based on JEE advanced and JEE mains. Also all central govt sponsored colleges or universities admit students based in another national level exam called CUET.</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;These are the only exceptions and fir all other colleges, admission in tamilnadu is based on marks of 12th and you don't have to give any exam.</p><p>Best wishes to you.</p>
