When will ILS seats notification comes out? What is the procedure for same any GD-PI etc.? My CET percentile is 96.93. What are my chances?

The notification is displayed on the website tentatively in June. No fixed date. You will have to keep checking. They have mention the procedure as well. Its quite difficult with 96.93 in general category.
