The Maharashtra NEET UG 2025 counselling has begun on July 23, 2025, with the registration process. The seat allotment result was declared on August 13, 2025, and the institute reporting process was conducted from August 14 to August 22, 2025. Maharashtra NEET 2025 Counselling Round 2 for Group A, or MBBS and BDS courses, is scheduled from September 19 to September 29, 2025. The Maharashtra NEET 2025 Counselling for AYUSH and allied courses began on September 1, 2025. The dates for the first two rounds of these courses will conclude on October 11, 2025.

The dates for the MBBS and BDS CAP Rounds 2 and 3 counselling for Maharashtra NEET UG 2024 have been released. October 9–October 23, 2024, is when the third round will take place, whereas the second round will take place from September 25–October 6, 2024.
Additionally revealed are the Maharashtra NEET 2024 Counselling dates for Rounds 2 and 3 of the AYUSH and Paramedical programs, which are set for September 27–October 28, 2024.
